Privacy Policy

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the summit.

What we collect

• Invitation & partner requests: the details you submit (name, e-mail, company, role, segment, LinkedIn, message) — used solely to review your request and contact you.
• Ticket purchases: processed by Stripe, Inc. as payment provider. We receive your name, e-mail and pass type to issue your ticket. Card data never touches our servers.
• Newsletter: your e-mail address, used only for summit updates. Unsubscribe anytime by replying.

How we store & share

Data is stored on our hosting infrastructure in Europe and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the processors named above (Stripe for payments, Resend for e-mail delivery). Ticket QR codes are generated once at issuance (using the goqr.me generation service) and then stored and served from our own domain.

Your rights
